Consultant/Teach Coach to implement Franklin Covey's "The 4 Disciplines of Execution" to my organization

I am looking for a business consultant/management coach to help my team implement the strategies from the book "The 4 Disciplines of Execution" by Chris McChesney and Sean Covey. The book is published through Franklin Covey.

I would like a coach who can help us install the 4DX system into our daily and weekly working week and hold us accountable (every week during accountability phone meetings) to ensure we are on track to achieve each of our goals.
