Job Description:
Mosher Business Advisors is a newly established consulting firm focused on providing small businesses with quick and straightforward solutions to help them achieve their goals. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in establishing our client base and delivering exceptional services.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine our service offerings, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of our target clients.
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose suitable solutions.
Manage and execute small-scale consulting projects, including tasks such as updating bookkeeping records, filing taxes, and providing strategic guidance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support as required.
Contribute to the company's marketing efforts by creating content, sharing expertise, and participating in industry events.
Work closely with the company's leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting or a similar role, with a focus on small businesses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions for diverse business challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's growth.
A strong network within the small business community is a plus.
