Job Description:
Create a Transformation plan
Individual must be able to create A high value roadmap of success by driven and ambitious business vision at a strategic level across finance & banking, marketing, supply chain, HR, technology, and beyond. Build the detailed roadmap and business case, design the business strategy and Design the governance, organization and processes for the enterprise, anticipating any the implications for the business processes across all functions. The transformation is done by people, in which identify employee engagement is highly valuable and potential outcome to achieve:
* Transformation path, vision, keys to success with Digital Transformational technology roadmap development and key guiding principles of ethical development, practice and applications, and Program unique business cases to provide in depth Business transformation strategy that not only capture customer retention but also increased employee valuable cultural engagement workplace
The tasks include:
1. Identify opportunities and address strategic high level planning, and facilitate the progress of development in define core of the transformation arising to an ambitions and to the levers that can be useful to secure success of project.
2. Able provide resourcing planning, utilization and consuming report in both optimal and aggressive ways to the enterprise by
* Create A high value list of Highlighted sector-specific opportunities and most importantly create business cases that meet the following requirement.
* Create High level Cases that must a) encompasses not only the customers, but b) identify opportunities for new market offerings, c) tailored towards increasing shareholder value and d) enhance positive market perceptions or opinion
* Shape an outcome in which
- Business as the result become digital ambitions
- Excellent Guiding principles
- High level list of Beneficial levers as well as beneficiary
- Able to aligned the Executives opportunities with proposal and further thorough planning
* A high value Assessment that
- Identify Future direction of operating, data, and IT models
- Assessment of future and potential target
- Prioritized improvements and opportunities
- Obstacles and accelerators and the driving force of transformation
* Ability to Define target models, and Develop a comprehensive use cases database, and demonstrators and further exploration, deliverables in
