We want to bring 95% of our processes on Zoho platform with zero effort duplication. Includes Automating entire quote-to-dispatch process + reporting including (but not limited to)
- pricing lists
- auto stock look-up for quote assistance (including leveraging equivalent word dictionary)
- quote comparison table
- material in/out daily reports (planned-for-future and executed that day)
- Issuance of PO
- Acceptance of PO/ Sales order generation
- Generation of packing list/ Delivery Challan
- material physical check inputs and outputs
- instruction cards for maintenance jobs
- capability of matching equipment by specifications and dictionary
-Sourcing team performance metrics (dollar value quoted/ time of response/ % of inqs quoted, etc)
- Technician work-day planning (work done sheets, work done last month, etc)
We are looking for a partner organization which has executed similar projects in the past. Step 1 will be requirement gathering/ business analysis. After detailed understanding, sharing blueprints for the solution and then executing it.
Expected timeline: 3 to 6 months.
