We are looking for a Business Consultant specializing in Private Equity.
The goal of this project is to provide a plan and assistance to draw interests from Private Equity Funds. There is already a comprehensive business plan available written in English. We want to focus on investment funds in America or the Netherlands. With technology, sales and marketing and operations efforts underway we are searching for external capital of 1 million to expand and scale North American and European operations.
We are looking for IT related investments funds.
Main objectives:
1. Defining an investors approach strategy
2. Support for approaching investors
Requirements:
1. Proven experience/track-record (support by facts) in gaining access to private equity investors.
2. Proven experience (support by facts) with attracting Private Equity.
3. Our preference is a provider who has business relations with investors in the Greater New York area and or in the Netherlands.
Offered Revenue:
1. Project revenue for defining and advising approach strategy

2. Revenue model for searching external capital of 1m (optional).
