Build a whatsapp based shopping assistant

Needing a whatsapp based shopping assistant for a business, chatbot is to have capacity for inquiry, product/service selection and payment for selected service. Functionality to also allow bill splitting for an order (among 5 people for example) and seamless reconciling to be tied to the group that has split the bill to allow them access to the service paid for.
