Microchip Studio - SAMD21 - Create write and readable registers

Job Description:
I want to generate an I2C slave with a SAMD21. This should have write and readable registers.
Unfortunately I can't get this to work. I was guided by the following code:

From page 39: The final application “High speed Configuration” in main.c file will be as below for SLAVE.
The aim is to provide 256 registers (1 byte in size) with the SAMD21 (as Slave). The I2C master can write and read these registers.
Your task is to create this functionality based on the provided example.
Only the function "void SERCOM2_Handler(void)" may be adjusted. The I2C master works in FAST_MODE_PLUS. Therefore, the rest of the configuration must remain exactly the same.
