MPLABX project with flash erase/write C example code for a PIC24FJ256GA702

I need XC16 compilable C code that erases & then writes to flash/program memory on a PIC24FJ256GA702. I've done it many times myself on other PIC24 parts, but for some reason I can't get it going on the PIC24FJ256GA702.
Looking just simple project that erases a page & programs this page with some data. I expect the configuration bit settings to be part of the source code as well.
