Hello all, I have a requirement to have a circuit designed and simulated in Proteus ISIS, as shown in the attachment, the circuit will consist of 44 x 7 Segments and 44 x Rectangle Leds. The 7 Segs and Rect Leds must be arranged as shown in the design. The circuit should contain a suitable microcontroller which will be programmed in C, the C code should have a single function which when called can light up any Led or Segment Led based on an address parameter, So for example to light up Segment A of the 1st 7 Seg Display I should be able to call a function like this "LightLed(0,true)", where 0 is the address and true is for turning it on or off.
Secondly I would need to have a 4x4 matrix keypad interfaced with the microcontroller, detection of a keypress should be done via an interrupt whereby a function gets called on keypress and reads the keycode.
Thirdly I would need this to be done with less than $10 of components ("Excluding 7 Segs and Rect Leds"), the less the better, I would expect a simulation without any flickering of leds.
I have already exhausted quite a bit of time with my limited electronics knowledge so I feel its best to let somebody with experience in this field to take over, I will award $300 to the successful simulation which details cost of components, I expect demonstration to be a link to a video of the simulation via youtube, "" I will only engage in conversation with freelancers once I see a working simulation ""

Nothing to say for now, I'll contact you when I finish simulation. I'm new in this frelance world but I have some expirience with firmware development. Just need to see the arangement of 7segs and leds.
Please provide the schematic/design. Is the uC also part of the " less than 10 $ of components" ? Is this used for a proof of concept, or will it be taken into production ?
