Word Recogniser App from JPEG and Save it to Word

We need these features to be added in the app.

It should be a word recogniser app which will recognise the words from JPEG files and convert it into word file and then we can save it as per our requirements.

We need a desktop application which could read the fonts given on papers and convert it into word. Even if it could work with the help of some external device, we don't mind.

Designing of the app will be done at your end and there should be an admin account as well as there should be user accounts.

Admin should be able to give customer support to any users and there should be an activation key feature also using which user account can be activated without that key activation it should not be possible.

There should be chat feature also between user and admin.

Source code will be our property.
