Extjs/NET/C# developer

Urgently looking for a senior Extjs developer with strong NET developing skills!
We are currently in the mids of a project. We have trouble getting a WCF web service project to exchange data with an Extjs Front End project. The problem arose because our Extjs developer is JAVA oriented and our NET developer is not good in Extjs. It is therefore extremely important that you have good knowldge about Extjs and NET.
The other difficulty of this project is time constrains. We have lost already too much time and we need someone who can bring back the project on track again on a short time period. Therefore we need someone who can start today if possibe.
The project is basically a basic CMS where data is exchanged between an WCF webservice (on windows server and with c#), Json and core Extjs front end.
We are looking for a long term cooperation. DO NOT REACTION WHEN YOU DO NOT KNOW EXTJS AND(!) C#/NET!
