Need a program which will automatically upload files (that I need) on 3 websites.

The program should be portable desktop application, that will upload files like usual user. It should login to the site in this program (I should enter the login and password for account that have right to upload the files), and upload files that I chose on my computer.

The programming language should be C# or C++.

Project not small.
