Build me a Plugin

Job Description:
I would like a custom plugin made for an online game. I would like it to record and collect all the chat logs from the game and create log files on my computer. There are already plugins that do similuar things so pretty sure you wont nee to write any orginial code. Just a chat log collection that generates a new log file every time I log in and out.

The final product would be an URL to "[login to view URL]" that contains the nessary .json, that I can reference for the plugin to work. The plugin would be called "Better Lighting" with the description being "Making everything better!"
