Build Telegram Rounds Bots for Instagram Engagement

I run a group on Instagram for Engagement.
TELEGRAM 2 ROUNDS LIKE BOT:
1. Welcomes new members, and tells them the rules of the chat.
2. Needs to verify that each poster has liked all links. They may miss two likes. I they miss more than 2 they get a warn. 4 warns they are banned from group.
There will be 2 rounds each day at the following times, hosted by the bot.
- 12 pm EST
- 9 pm EST
1. The bot will ask for users to drop their links 30 minutes before each round starts. Example: If round starts at 9:00pm EST, then you should start dropping your names after 8:30 EST.
2. The bot will compile a link list after the 30 minute drop link phase, and each user must like everything manually or they will receive a warn. 4 warns and user is banned
The round closes 2 hours and 30 minutes after the first links are dropped. Whoever missed more than 2 likes receives a warn.
/remove @username —> removes link from drop
/nextround —> tells you how long the next round is in
/check —> checks for engagement progress in current round by percentage
/list takes you to link list
