Hi,
For a learning project I've prepared 30 classes in Visual Studio C# (file attached) that represent a standard SQL database structure with foreign keys.
I would like to:
0) I will be using the Neo4j Developer License on a Windows pc (version with Enterprise capabilities but just running on just one pc behind a firewall)
1) create a PostgreSQL and a Neo4j Desktop database based on my above mentioned classes (there are no relationship's objects yet)
2) import data from a csv file (you have to generate it yourself with some dummy random data) and some binary data (i.e. a word docx converted to binary) into some objects of the classes provided, using both C# methods AND Matlab
3) insert data from that objects to all tables of both databases, using both C# methods AND Matlab
4) query both databases with some complex data (joins and foreign keys etc., something nice, so that I can learn from it) using both C# methods AND Matlab
5) create and drop nodes (Neo4j) and tables (PostgreSQL) and create some properties, using C# methods AND Matlab
6) Visualize the Neo4j graph-data into an embedded Gui panel (not having to go to the Neo4j provided tool): this is because, this demo window will later be integrated into another existing project
I need someone with proficiency in PostgreSQL and Neo4j to help me along implementing this start-up project and the things to come.
The project will later evolve complex, we will be adding relations and we will go applying some Machine-Learning things to find connections (but that will be done later) so I'm looking for a long term cooperation.
So basically this project is for me to learn all CRUD operations for Neo4j and PostgreSQL.
I work now a days with C# and will be starting in 2 weeks with Matlab, therefore I want to know how to access these two database types from C# and Matlab.
