I have source code for a DOS Clipper 87 program using Flipper graphics. I need it upgraded to Windows 10. I think C# in Microsoft Visual Studio would be best, but open to other platforms. I will want the new windows code so that I can compile it locally. No external libraries please.
PLEASE look at the Clipper source code, view the YouTube video and look through the operator manual before you bid on this project.

Earlier this year there was an attempt to convert the Clipper code to C# using Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2017. Part of that code works, but is not complete. The DBF’s were converted to run on Local SQL and some of the forms are complete. The new USB interface works. This will possibly provide a quick start on the project. The project directory is attached.
The DOS program will run in DOSBox except when it tries to get external data from the A/D interface or tries to print.
In 2002, it was rewritten for Windows XP using Delphi 6. It used several 3rd party libraries. Many of these 3rd parties no longer exist. I have the Delphi 6 code but it does not compile because of missing or out dated 3rd party libraries. It used an interface box from LabJack. The program runs, but is very buggy.
There are several hundred systems still running on the old DOS software. Many of the users who switched to the Windows want to go back to the DOS look and feel.
Attached document called 'Project description-3' has further details. Full source code can be provided upon request, but is too large to attach here.
