I need a person who can make a C# console program to create a list based on words in a table on a web page

The web pages:
[login to view URL]:Frequency_lists/Japanese and
[login to view URL]:Frequency_lists/Japanese10001-20000
Contain two tables with 10,000 words in each.
What I need is a Visual Studio C# console program that will go to these pages, read the table data and place the results into a list List<WordFreq>
public class WordFreq
{
public int Order { get; set; }
public string Word { get; set; }
}
For any list manipulation I would like the code to use LINQ where possible.

This sounds like a fun task, I'd love to do it for you. Not sure there would be any list manipulation required but I do always try and force some Linq into my code wherever I can :)
