2: Comment out [Authorize] for Swagger

3: I will send Data Base

Backend is Developed and Ready
Data Base is Ready

you Complete task #1 from the document
Then: Deliver me back the project so i can
Verify your work.
2: you will then deliver the Project so i can verify it
