simple NopCommerce Plugin

I need a simple Plugin to select Date and Period to delivery product.

I have 24h to delivery this Plugin (only bid if you can deliver in this time).

- In the Product Detail Page i need to show the ZipCode field (see sample image)

- The user fill ZipCode and Press "Ok" (see sample image)

- A pop-up is open to user select Date and Period to Deliver this Product (see sample image)

- The user select Date and Period and press "OK" to back to Product Detail (close pop-up)

- The Date and Period is selected and have show in Product Detail Page (see sample image)

- Each Period have a shipping price (Ex: Comercial R$ 10, Manhã R$ 15, Tarde R$ 20) (see sample image with options) (A Database table is necessary to control based by BAIRRO (neighborhood). The ZipCode is sent to API [login to view URL] where 04691090 is the ZipCode. The return of API have the bairro field. The table in database have be Bairro X, Manhã, R$ 15, etc,etc,etc...

- The Date and Period can be inserted in database with Product Attribute
