Windows application to view encrypted database with DB encryption utility - 02/06/2023 06:35 EDT

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Windows application which can view an encrypted database. The database is currently hosted on SQL Server. In addition to basic encryption and viewing features, I would like to implement user authentication within the application. The ideal candidate should have experience with C# programming language or equivalent windows application and knowledge of database encryption utilities. Other desirable skills include:

- Familiarity with SQL Server

- Strong understanding of user authentication and authorization

- Experience with developing Windows applications

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug code effectively

- Knowledge of industry best practices for database security
