Add breakers, change wiring etc to certify CNC woodworking router.

I need help with my CNC woodworking router. I have a commercial brand that I purchased for my woodworking project, however I need to make some changes to it in order to certify it. Specifically, I need to change the wiring and possibly add some breakers. Additionally, I'm not sure if it needs to meet any specific certifications or safety standards – I'm not sure on this one.
