I am looking for a professional who can create an injection molded plastic part made of polypropylene with a polished finish. The part must be accurately dimensioned and must meet all aesthetic and functional requirements. The part must also be made of material that is robust and suitable to the intended application. The design must be optimised for speed of manufacturing and a low number of cavities within the injection mold. Furthermore, any tooling required should be designed to minimise the risk of defects. Finally, the project needs the part to meet the finest details, while addressing high levels of manufacturing consistency.
