We seek a skilled and experienced Digital Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be crucial in creating exceptional digital products that drive user engagement, align with our business objectives, and enhance our customer's experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of our digital product initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our target users' needs and preferences through user research and data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product vision, goals, and strategies.
Translate product requirements into tangible deliverables, including user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product development.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay abreast of competitors' digital products and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital product development, including UX/UI design, user research, and product strategy.
Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
