transfer fusion table project from google maps to new platform -

Fusion tables is expiring soon. I have a fusion table that creates polygons over a map that are color coded. I need you to transfer this to a new platform that will be exactly the same. I would like it to be based on a free service. This is a low visitor page, BUT the polygons (KML data) make up a lot of data.
DETAILS:
1. It is currently a google fusion map embedded in a webpage with some JAVASCRIPT controls for the map.
2. I have a link to the current fusion table. I have an API.
3. This map is embedded in a webpage. You will need to do the same and replace the current one.
3. It uses javascript to input search data.
4. You can suggest a free platform if you know of one. I prefer free, this site has low visitors. Here are other options. Mango maps, giscloud, google data studio (if it will work).
5. You must be a clear communicator, you need to show that you understand the project.
6. You will need know javascript.
7. In your reply please suggest a platform eg. Mango, OpenStreetMap or another.
8. I can get a new API for whatever you choose.
NOTE: The map works, and you will need to replicate the polygons. You will need to
1. replicate coloured polygons from google fusion tables.
2. Re-use or re-create javascript to control data input to the map.
Will you be able to do this and communicate with me clearly? I have been having trouble with vendors not showing an understanding of what is required.
