Hi,
I am founding a startup that plans to integrate Chat GPT over SMS to allow people to text chat GPT such as in this video:

1 minute into the video, you can see the person texting a chatbot powered by Chat GPT where the chatbot acts as a laundromat attendant. 17 minutes and 55 seconds in to the video, you can see the person coding the instructions for the chatbot to act as a laundromat attendant.
I would like you all to help me create the exact same thing with 3-5 different phone numbers. Each phone number would have a different set of instructions similar but longer than the instructions shown 17 minutes and 55 seconds into the video. I can provide you with these instructions later.
I also want the chatbot to operate on GPT 4. I know this project is possible using Twilio but am open to using another software. I provided the video below as an example of how I want the chatbot to function, but note that I do not care if you create this project following the steps in the video. The video was simply an example. Because my background is not in software, I would like you to decide which platform is best to use. When deciding what software to use, I want it to be easy to scale but also be cheap initially because this is an early stage company. My plan is to create 3-5 chatbots just to be able to demonstrate the chatbot’s ability to potential customers, but once I gain customers, I would like to very easily be able to open up more phone numbers with different sets of instructions for each number.
I am looking for a quote as to how much this would cost and how long it would take to develop. I also want to discuss steps we would take to develop this. My background is in business, not software, so please let me know if there is more information I should be considering when doing this that I left out.
