Hi,
I am looking for a civil engineer to inspect and then comment on a water intrusion issue at The Retina Institute. Neighbors have suggested that standing water on their property is a result of parking lot construction because it wasn't there before.
A few professionals have commented on this thus far (engineer who designed, geographer, etc.) From my understanding, most if not all, have said the parking lot is NOT the cause due to the retaining wall and design.
