We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator & Content Writer to develop high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling messages. This individual must be able to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
As a content writer, you will share the magnificent work of our customers, partners, and employees through short- and long-form interviews, case studies, articles, social posts, research reports, webinar decks, whitepapers, video scripts, and other assets. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to craft stories in a voice that is deeply human and connects our audiences to our strong, purpose-driven company.
The successful candidate must have a strong interest and understanding of Salesforce and full-service consulting firms and be able to convey this through writing and graphics. We are seeking someone who has the confidence and creativity to bring innovative ideas and implement them.
What You will Do:
Write, edit, and compile content from various sources into cohesive marketing materials including cover letters, resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, etc.
Write, edit, and format proposal documents so that they are accurate, well-written, and persuasive
Partner with Assemble teams to research and develop story ideas.
Craft compelling, on-brand, platform-appropriate content to support marketing and communications initiatives.
Collaborate with designers, technologists, marketers, and others on creative projects and campaigns from conception to rollout.
Translate complex concepts into content that is easily accessible to a range of audiences.
Develop expertise in multiple topics related to Assemble services and capabilities.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop Assemble branding and content for demo orgs
Lead the promotion of Assemble events, including conferences, dinners, webinars, etc.
Work with the Leadership team to execute pre-event promotion and registration
Responsible for executing and supporting social engagements (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Attend networking functions and pre-proposal meetings, as appropriate.
