Residential Construction Administrator

We require an experienced construction administrator to assist our firm with live residential projects in Australia.

Scope of works:

-Apply for and manage building permits

-Liaise with project consultants for RFI management

-Liaise with council for approvals

-Manage project procurement, including quote review, scope set out and order letting

-Project scheduling

-General correspondence and any other daily ad hoc tasks

Preferred candidate should possess the following:

-Minimum 5 years industry experience (preferably with Australian residential projects)

-Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and specifications

-Understanding of architectural, structural and civil engineering practices

-Excellent oral and written communication

-Effective time management and planning skills

-Located within a 4 hour time difference with Melbourne, Australia (+/-)

-Ability to use CAD or similar software preferred but not essential

-Strong work ethic
