We are a digital marketing agency looking for a highly motivated and experienced virtual assistant to join our team.

The main task would be to help us post our services on different job platforms where we can work on different freelance projects.

As a Digital Marketing virtual assistant, your primary responsibility will be to create cold messages for potential clients to offer our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound messages to potential project postings to offer our digital marketing services

Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs and requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Present our services in a clear and concise manner

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

REQUIREMENTS

1) Setup 1-5 new client campaigns every month and manage existing clients' if there's a problem. Clients offboard after 90 days. But you will have new clients every month to build campaigns for, and manage those for 90 days.

2) MUST have experience with Cold Email lead gen automation and tools like Instantly, Bitrix24, data mining, scraping, cleaning etc.

3) Can communicate between 9am to 6pm EST timezone.

4) Send messages to at least 20 new projects per day. You will need to have the creativity to post how we can help the project based on the unique project requirements.

Ideal clients: Clients with up to 10k per month or more for budget for digital marketing, the minimum could be 5k per month or at least 1k per week.

Bonus: 10% commission per project during the life span of the project

You can find clients by phone call, email, or on Freelance platforms like UpWork, Freelancer.com, Fiver, or similar.

This is a part job, 4 hours from Monday to Friday and it will be required the use of Time Tracking Software on your computer.

This is a MONTHLY project of $60/week US to build and manage campaigns for 1-5 new clients per month and existing ones for 90 days, with this workflow you could earn more than 10k per month if you help us to manage more than 10 clients per month.
