Algorithmic trading machine

I need an algorithmic trading machine that will able to trade:

•Stocks/futures/options/fx

•trade types: scalps, swings, short, long

• add the ability to backtest the strategies, and alerts for the strategies

•including trading strategies such as: ATM strategy for options, Spreads strategies for option, Greek strategies for options, Combined indicator strategies for stocks (SMA'S, EMA'S, MACD BOLLINGER ETC.)

• I will have the option to chose the amount of risk in the trades, and another option that the machine could do it automatically if I didn't chose any risk amount.

• the machine will also include a Stock screener, that the Algo could automatically scalp and trade stocks that look good from the screener (before breakouts etc.)

• also make the machine do everything fully automatically, like: bulid a portfolio and trade it automatically.

• fully built application with good looking and intuitive interface, include an automatically API connection to the brokers Application (such as: Interactive brokers, binance, bybit and most of the brokers that offering API services)
