C# Question: GetLastInputInfo

I want to get the difference between now & the last user activity but it must not be country, datetime format, culture specific. The following gives inconsistent results. Sometimes example 40.578 & sometimes like 40,578

var lastInputInfo = new LASTINPUTINFO();

[login to view URL] = (uint)[login to view URL](lastInputInfo);

GetLastInputInfo(ref lastInputInfo);

var lastInput = [login to view URL](

-([login to view URL] - [login to view URL]));

var diffInSeconds = ([login to view URL] - lastInput).TotalSeconds;
