Required only C++ programmer for algo coding

I want to programme my algo strategy in C++ language which place order faster without any delay Programmer have to successfully develope and connect with my program in my pc.

Strategy details will be given in pdf once my all requirement fullfill. Strategy is based on 1min time frame for equity indian stock which should execute in 1min running candle not wait for candle closing.
