We are a luxury holiday company selling ski holidays in the French Alps. Our company currently uses Dynamics 365 simply as a place to store clients as contacts. We are only just starting to use data fields to be able to better segment our contacts with targeted marketing, and we currently dont use leads or opportunities.

Alongside a helpful voice of advice on best practices with dynamics 365, we’d also like to get the following work done:

Setting up auto numbering for contacts

Syncing up outlook accounts for a number of team members

Syncing up dropbox

Setting up templates for automatic invoicing (we use Quickbooks)

Automated sales reports

Automated Marketing reports

Create a property availability table on CRM that syncs with tables on wordpress site.

We are not looking for a large overhaul or to make this a big project. Simply looking for a one-person-band to do ad hoc work for us on a project basis.
