Vendor Manager/Coordinator

Job Description:
Objectives of this role:
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate with them to manage lead requirements and lead flow
- Analyze vendor reports and track progress and ensure continuous lead flow
- Analyze vendor performance and work with quality control
- Previous experience of working in a call center would be a plus
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating with teams
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Experience working on CRMs such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zoho, etc. would be a plus
- Great work ethic (being on time, devotion to job)
- Customer service skills & comfortable dealing with people.
Work Timings:
- The manager/coordinator will need to work 12 PM to 9 PM EST (Mon-Fri)
