Convert Bootstrap page to [login to view URL] page

Job Description:
We have a static web page from our designer, coded using Bootstrap - see the attachment.
We need that page to be converted to independent React [login to view URL] components, so we can utilize the components to create other pages.
Use the static HTML file, CSS files, logo, images, fonts, etc. and recreate it as a simple react single page application, e.g. using [login to view URL]
1. Create [login to view URL] [login to view URL] file defining web page design style.
2. Split the HTML to various independent components:
- header bar
- styled title
- section with gradient color background
- accordion
- carousel
- buttons
- footer
3. Put the components together to form the original page.
Please note that the web page is responsive (hamburger menu, break points). The web will be mobile-first (80% - 90% of visitors will use mobile phone).
Do not worry about actual texts on the page (they are in Czech, e.g. ignore diacritics, we will fix the text later).
