Looking for expert in CSS and JavaScript to help with random tasks that would take me too long to figure out

I have some CSS and JavaScript experience, but often have problems that take me a long time to figure out.
I'm looking for someone who can help with the things I'm unable to do. Right now here are the things I need help with.
1. My CSS layout should take up the entire width and height of the screen without any scrolling. However I have four buttons at the bottom of my page that sometimes extend past the screen depending on the browser size. I need to figure out why that is and correct it (I've attached an image to show).
2. The text within my button elements extends past the boundaries of the buttons. I need the text to wrap around if it's too long to stay within the button boundary, or if the text is longer than two lines then it should reduce the font size until all of the text can fit within two lines (I've attached an image to show).
I think a fair price is $10 USD for each problem. If you're able to help with these two problems for $20 USD and can help in the future for about $10 USD for each problem, please bid on the project with the words "I can help with the CSS and JavaScript."
