We are a digital marketing agency based out of New Jersey. We are looking for admin support for communicating and sending documents to our clients and vendors. The tasks vary from setting up accounts in CRMs, sending info to banks, speaking to clients to get information and other adhoc admin tasks. Preparing and sending agreements, research, help assist CEO with daily tasks.
This role is ongoing and expected to work minimum 15 hours per week and can go as high as 30+ hours.
