We are looking for a live chat agent as well as an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce with China dropshipping system. We currently have 2 members on our customer service team and we are looking to add a new member.
You will be trained by our current customer service representative. When you apply, include the word red and tell us about your previous customer service experience.
- Experience using ZenDesk and ZenDesk Chat
- Experience doing customer service for Dropshipping & E-Commerce stores
- Respond to live chat customer on ZenDesk Chat in perfect English
- Respond to customer support requests on ZenDesk in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 10mins when on duty, cover shifts with other agents on our team)
- Communicate on Skype daily with our support team - Display a high level of professionalism at all times
- Create Zendesk marcos for future possible scenarios to speed up the workflow
