Remote Customer Service & Support Team Administrator

We’re looking for experienced customer support professionals / executive assistants looking for a new opportunity with a great team. Remote and non-USA applicants are OK and encouraged!
We’re a small team at WaterMelonMarkets ([login to view URL]), an online marketplace using cutting edge technology to reduce user fees, putting the customer first. Our current flagship product is a gift card marketplace, but don’t worry if you don’t know much about the space -- we’ll teach you everything you need to know! We pride ourselves on our customer attention and low fees. Enhancing customer satisfaction even more is where you come in!
-Fulfilling order requests.
-Posting new products.
-Sorting and classifying emails
-Responding to email requests
-Able to work at least 15 hours per week during our business hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM, USA Eastern Time)
-Ability to commit to stay on our team for at least 6 months.
-More than 1 year (equal to 2000 hours) previous experience working in either customer service or detail-oriented administrative roles.
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong English and communication skills
