We are looking for Telesales Executives, the role involves 2 main tasks, once is appointment settings, this means you will call companies for our clients and arrange meetings with company representatives. No sales is involved here.
Example: We have a client from the USA they manufacture shoes, they are looking to sell their shoes to Germany, you would call up German companies that actually sell shoes at the moment and let them know our USA client would like to have a meeting with them. The German company will receive an email from our side and they need to reply to confirm. This means your job is done. Every appointment that you set for us is paid 10Euros. This is a simple job that can be done fast.
The other role is a PreSales position, which involves using a script that we provide you, training is offered from our side, you pitch companies around the World, you introduce our company and explain how we can help them grow in certain markets. If they are interested you send them to us and one of our senior sales staff takes over and closes the deal for you initially. You receive in the beginning 10% out of every sale that you helped us get. Projects are between 500 and 3000 Euro in general.
Fluent English is required (other languages are an advantage), a good stable internet connection, microphone and the availability to use Skype subscriptions for the calls.
