Job Description:
I need to code about 250 charts into text form. Here's an example of a chart and what it would look like in text form. I will explain every aspect of how it must look. Because it is for a program it's important that the text be consistent and use space and punctuation the same for each chart.

This is how the information is converted. The chart has a color key that represents hands in poker as well as what to do based on certain variables.
For AA, the text is "Call" because the yellow indicates the correct move is to call.
For AKs, the text is "All-in" because the red indicates the correct move is to go all-in.
For AQs, because there are multiple colors in the square, the text is "1-3 All-in 4-10 Call". The numbers are based on how much of the color is filled between 1 and 10.
So if 1/10 of the square was the color for all-in and 9/10 of the square was the color for 2.6-2.8x, the text would be "1 All-in 2-10 2.6-2.8x".
If 4/10 of the square is the color for call and 6/10 of the square is the color for fold, the text would be "1-4 Call 5-10 Fold".
The number will be used in the program to have a random number generator pick a number between 1 and 10, and the number will be used to indicate the correct move.
Please contact me for clarification on anything. You will need Microsoft Excel to open the document containing the charts. There are roughly 250 charts that need to be processed in this way.
