We are looking for a United States or Canada based technically inclineded phone customer service rep that is also highly organized for additional admin work.
Our company is in need of a home-based person that can call customers that are requesting refunds and turn them around to save the sale. You must be a strong listener who is patient with people so they can win them over to save all or part of the sale.
We have a large outsourced customer service company in the United States that handles front-end calls and email requests. There are situations when the customer service team is unable to solve the request and you will be tasked with learning our systems in order to help them close these requests.
You will be working directly with management daily to be trained and communicate throughout the day as needed.
You must be very responsive, organized, a great communicator, calm, tech-savvy, problem solver and willing to help and be part of the team.
