We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk. This is an entry level position within the financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and assisting a fast-paced brokerage firm with day-to-day administrative tasks in our operations department which is a key hub essential to ensuring the smooth flow of business.
Data entry of documentation into content management system
Handle large volumes of paperwork in an organized and efficient manner
Respond to administrative questions regarding functions overseen by the mailroom facility
Communicate effectively with associates and ensure SLAs (service level agreements) are met
Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion ensuring compliance with internal and industry regulatory requirements
Effectively prioritize work to ensure maximum productivity
Detail-focused; keen observation skills
Task-oriented; oversee tasks are completed accurately
Works well individually or as part of a team atmosphere
Quick learner; willing to learn new technologies and processes
Organized; capable of working under tight deadlines
Reliable with a good sense of judgement
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience (within the brokerage industry is preferred)
Compensation to be commensurate with experience
