I am looking for someone to assist me with data entry tasks and sending emails. The ideal candidate should have experience in entering data into spreadsheets and be able to transcribe audio or video files. Additionally, organizing and categorizing data is also required for this project.
Specifically, I need someone to gather data from a website and enter it into a spreadsheet. The data will then be used to send emails. The client will provide the format for the emails, so the candidate should be comfortable following specific instructions.
In terms of the number of emails to be sent, it is expected that more than 100 emails will need to be sent.
Skills and experience required for this job include:
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
- Ability to transcribe audio or video files
- Strong organizational and categorization skills
- Familiarity with email templates and formatting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and time management skills
