Contacting clients and direct care providers for scheduling to either interview or fill open shifts.
Maintaining the staffing message phone for off hours.
Assist as asked, to document corrective notices to field staff regarding scheduling issues and concerns.
Providing timely and accurately documented notes on caregivers as necessary for the team to successfully direct services.

Must be able to pass both State and Federal background checks as well as OIG/Medicaid provider clearances.

Must have higher than average software skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and high confidence using CRM (customer relationship management) software.
All work will be performed according to company policies and standards as well as in the vision and spirit of the company’s vision, mission and values.
All client materials and information will be held as strictly confidential outside the company. The information included in company documents and manuals is proprietary.
All telephone calls, both internal and external, will be returned within one business day and within two hours whenever possible.

This means each employee may be asked from time to time to cover in other areas of accountability and/or departments as a matter of exception, not routine. This may include answering telephones, running appropriate business errands or filing as needed.
