Marketing and Pre-sales campaign

Primary Tasks:

1. Review self-paced web-based training materials

2. Target, find, connect, create, and warm up 1000 Qualified Contacts Per Month. These contacts are to be managed in our Infusionsoft (now KEAP) CRM database.

3. Respond to website generated leads

4. Handle calls from toll-free line

5. Generate 250 qualified Demos Per Month for our pre-sales team.

6. Facilitate and nurture 25 new clients Per Month

7. Provide Weekly Activity report on Friday by 3 pm Central Time.

Secondary Tasks:

1. Provide normal business hours support

2. Be on-call during business hours, Monday — Friday (CST)

3. Be available for unlimited check-ins, as needed (versus limited, pre-scheduled check-ins only)

4. Be available for initiatives, tasks, and functions beyond Project Manager duties (e.g., content strategy and development; marketing/sales/recruiting; Executive Assistant/administrative, etc.)

5. Participate on WebEx or similar phone conferences as needed.
