We need a specialist who can help us triage the customer reported errors, find the root cause and then help us re-classify those to different areas. Hence someone with good data analysis skills esp in operations and excel/database management will be of help.
What you'll be doing?
You will be playing a key role in communicating with cross functional teams especially with the global network production partner and logistics about different issues observed from the customer reported problems, triaging, re-classifying and entering any relevant updates you receive from the analysis of operational issues.
This would be a great opportunity for anyone who has full-time availability or has already been engaged with existing contracts but has additional bandwidth to commit to the task listed above.
