I require a personal assistant to help 2hours/day with general administrative tasks. Meeting scheduling, data entry, scripting longer emails, staying on top of deadlines etc. I am the manager of a team of 9 and increasingly find workload difficult to manage. I need a really active, enthusiastic assistant to work a coupe of hours a day each day of the week.
The successful candidate should
* Have excellent written and spoken English
* Have fantastic communication and organisational skills
* Be patient and empathetic
* Be available to overlap with UK working hours
* Be familiar with Google technologies, Skype
* Be very tech savvy - good working knowledge of Google / Skype and other platforms and products.
