We are an executive search firm, based in Sydney. We specialise in financial services recruitment, specifically front office Investment Banking, Private Equity and Asset Management. We need someone to work with us and help with our administration and research requirements. We have regular work 25-35 hours per week.
The role can be split into two main tasks:
1) Updating our recruitment database - adding new candidates and clients, updating changes to their work history, assigning candidates to jobs, adding correspondence to the database. This isn’t complicated but it needs to be 100% accurate and thorough.
2) Market mapping - using LinkedIn to identify and map out people of interest to the firm, usually working at specific companies, and adding this information to excel spreadsheets.
The role will be ongoing, approx. 25-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will need you to be online from 1:00pm – 6:00pm Sydney AEST time to action requests during Sydney afternoon business hours. Your hours will need to be logged via a suitable program such as Toptal Tracker (or similar) and invoices sent to us for payment via PayPal each month.
We will provide a LinkedIn account, training on how to use our database, access to our database and shared directory.
We require excellent written and verbal English skills, along with strong LinkedIn, Word and Excel skills.
