Simple but Long Data Entry task in Excel into one column - many rows from a website

I have a list of Greyhounds in Australia. I need to build a database of the weights of each greyhound. It is a simple task but a long one.
There is a main website to get the information from and a backup website if the greyhound is not found on the first one.
My example has 50 sample entries and only one name needed the backup website.
I am expecting 20 entries per 6 minutes - 200 per hour. I have a video and I can do that rate of entry easily.
I have divided the worksheets into the 6 states of Australia.
NSW 4319 VIC 4869 QLD 2146 SA 1109 TAS 496 WA 1136.
So that's 14000 entries - 70 hours of work.
If you would like to tender how many hours you would like to do I will possibly split the job into 4 or 5 people because the task may be too big for one person and I don't want someone getting bored and quitting before the task is completed.
